An app that reads an employee's corporate health insurance and turns it into a plan: what is covered, what is left, and what to book before the policy ends. Researched, prototyped and priced in about a week, then paused for an honest reason.
Companies pay for health cover, and employees use a fraction of it. Programs are long PDFs, every company has custom terms, and HR answers the same questions again and again.
A research board: market, audience, competitors, product, pricing models, marketing, MVP plan and risks. Next to it a phone prototype: upload the program, watch it being parsed, get a plan of benefits with limits and steps.
Corporate programs are custom, so a database of insurers is only a fallback. The value comes from parsing the actual document: "you have a check-up limit left, and it ends in August".
The research showed that in this niche the employer or the insurer pays, not the employee. Selling it means a B2B cycle through insurers and IT companies. We paused it on purpose and kept the board and prototype.
