A social app and care tool where the pet tells its own story in the first person. The human is "my person": sign-in, payments, consents. Built on a partner's PRD and iOS prototype.
A partner had a combined PRD and a working iOS prototype: a social app where the pet is the user. The open questions were what makes people come back, how it earns, and how to test demand before more code.
The PRD split into goals, metrics and scope. The prototype video cut into key screens. Care ideas built into the partner's logic, in the pet's voice: health, passport, going abroad, "I'm lost".
Landing A sells friends nearby, landing B sells care and safety. Same budget, both in the pet's voice. The cheaper sign-up wins the first screen.
Concept and product work with a co-founder. Not launched: no users and no revenue yet. Weekly sync, and every public detail is agreed together.
